Best Foods that Can Reduce Your Belly Fat


Starving is not good idea to reduce belly fat. Your need to bring some changes in daily diet habits and you will have flat tummy in few weeks. There are number of foods to reduce tummy fat.

Avoid some foods:- From today, say no to pasta, noodles, burger, spicy and oily food. Such kind of food promotes the deposition of fat around tummy area.  Also avoid fatty meat. Try to eat rice in less quantity.
