Your
young bud is not able to concentrate on his studies then don't scold
him because it may worsen the problem. Treat lack of concentration
problem tactfully. Here are the ways that can improve the
concentration of your child.
Don't
resist to increase marks:-
There is tendency among parents that they always resist their
children to increase marks in subject. They never explain the value
of subject and never initiate to increase the interest of children in
particular subject. Explain them their subject in such a way that
they start loving it.
Do
Yoga Everyday:- Yoga
helps a lot in increasing concentration. The yoga

Proper Sleep:- Proper sleep is
very important to increase concentration. Otherwise your child feel
sleepy during class. Always go early to bed and early to rise. It is
important for mental and physical health both. Eight hours sleep is
required to restore the energy of entire body for whole day. Don't
sleep too much and too less.
Take
Healthy Diet:- Take healthy
diet on regular basis. Avoid spicy and oily food as it causes
laziness and ultimately decreases concentration. Its a tendency among
teens to eat chocolates, junk food, sweets and many other harmful
foods. As a mother, you can decrease this habit by cooking yummy food
at home.
Give
Some Time for Fun:- You should
give some time to your child for fun if you want your child to
concentrate on studies. Don't make their life monotonous and boring
by forcing them to study only all the time. Plan for trips, weekend
delights and surprise gifts whenever they achieve something. It will
motivate them for good performance. Motivated person always
concentrate better.
