Don’t need to get starved: - Some follow false notion that if you will not eat, the chances of losing weight  became more. Cutting your meal is not great idea if you really want to lose belly fat. Your body goes into storage mode while you are hungry. Eat till you feel fuller but eat only low fat food. Follow special diet plan to burn belly fat  which include lots of green vegetables and fresh fruits.

Take Proper Diet:-Take proper diet to get flat tummy. Avoid junk and oily food. Focus more on green vegetables and salad. Take whole wheat and avoid rice. Drink lots of water in a day but avoid it while your tummy is full.

Keep exercising: - There are many forms of exercises for belly reduction. You can choose right exercise as per your comfort. You can join any Jym where you can exercise under the guidance of instructor.  You can also go for walk and jump on daily basis. You will definitely reduce extra fat accumulated around your waist.

Take proper sleep: - Early to bed, early to rise is a secret of weight loss. If you don’t take proper sleep then chances of losing tummy fat becomes very less. So take proper sleep. There should be duration of 1 hour between dinner and sleep.

Don’t be stressful: - Stress is very harmful for health. It also causes collection of fat around belly. Stress and improper sleep promote the production of cortisol hormone which is main reason behind belly fat.

Don’t depend on liquid diet:- It is very important to take proper and healthy diet to burn fat. Only liquid diet cannot provide all essential nutrients to your body. Take fat reducing foods like whole wheat, protein, green vegetable, and low fat foods.  Dependency on liquid diet only may reduce energy level. It will create hindrance in exercising.

Don’t sit for long hours:- Sitting jobs are main reason behind the collection of fat around your tummy. So, if you have to sit for long hours in office then take walk for at least 5 minutes in every one hour. You can also do up down from stairs. It is best way to reduce belly fat.

Walk after lunch and dinner:- Don’t  sit and sleep just after lunch and dinner. It will promote the accumulation of fat in entire body and mainly at belly area. Go for walk for minimum 15 minutes after having lunch. It will be better if you can extend your time. Go for long walk after having dinner. Walk slowly but more than half an hour after dinner. This will help you to get flat tummy as reduce existing fat and prevent the accumulation of more fat.
