Do
Weight Lifting: - Do
weight lifting 6 times in next 2 weeks. It is best exercise to reduce
belly fat. You are advised to do weight lifting. In first week, lift
2 Kg and then make it around 3 kg. If you are not comfortable with 3
kg then you can continue with 2 kg. Please read the following advice
if you going for weight lifting.
- If you are new to weight lifting than machines are better than free weight.
- Keep bend your core and back straight.
- Lift weight for 30 to 40 minutes.
- You are also advised to do push ups, curls, pull ups and tricep.
- You can do 9, 10 to exercise 3 times in day.
- You don’t need to get fainted while doing exercise. So keep your energy level high.
Do
Cardio under instructor advice:- Cardio
is popular exercise to burn stomach fat. In starting do cardio for
less time then you may increase your timing. Start from 20 minutes
and take it till 45 minutes.
Running:- Run
till sweating makes you to feel that you have taken bath. It means
you are on the way to reduce belly fat . If you don’t
feel enough energetic then you can walk fast. Walking is also
recommended after dinner. Both are the best exercises to get flat
tummy.
Bicycling:- Bicycling
is popular way to reduce belly fat. It promotes the body
rotation and muscle movement of stomach. Cycling daily helps
you to shape your tummy.
Do

your entire body, abdominal muscle activity.
Do
the reversing: - Great
way to shed extra calories accumulated around your tummy. Know how to
do reversing:-
- Lie down on mat, fold your hand and keep your palm below your head.
- Lift your feet and cross it and create 90 degree angle
- Bent towards your knees
- Breathe out when bent towards keens, breathe in when back down
