Spend
Time with Nature:-
Enjoy the beauty of nature to feel happy. In today's time, it becomes
more important as we spend most of our time sitting on desk and
linking with our gadgets. How to spend time with nature for being
happy. One is to go for the vacations. If cannot go for the
vacations then spend some time in park or garden early in morning and
do some work out.

you really want to be happy then do some yogo. It will keep calm your
mind and offer therapy for reducing

helps you to stay happy.

to Say “No”-
Some people have the art to keep others happy but in this zest they
forget how to be happy. If you do not know the art of saying no they
you may surround yourself with lot of expectation.
Indulge
yourself in Your Hobby:- Do
what you life to do. Your hobby may be painting, singing, dancing,
crafts etc. Devote some time for hobby.
Go
for Outing:-
Go for outing whenever get time. You can plan for the vacations in
any tourist place. It will really help in relaxing your mind.

friends but Good:-
Do the friendship but only with good people . It will really help you
to chill out whenever you are not in good mood. Friends can make you
happy.
Love
Your Smile:-
You should start loving your smile if you really want to be happy.
Learn smiling on small things. It will really help you to stay happy.
Avoid Small Problems:- Stop thinking about big problems all the way. Always adopt problems solving approach not problem thinking approach. Many people always stay worried as they think too much on small issues like how will i complete my work, will i get promoted, will i get good marks? It is completely waste of time to get worried on these matters.
Enjoy Dance and Music:-Good music and dance helps to adopt positive attitude towards life. You can also listen inspirational songs they will really help you to learn the art of happiness.
