Digestion Problems:- As the junk food, digestion problems are also gaining popularity because of the frequent eating of junk food. Junk food eating is making digestion system poor by causing problems like constipation, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Piles.

Main reason of depression:- In today's scenario, depression is very common among teenagers. Its main reason is Junk food. Depression is one of the most worse side-effects of Junk food on teenagers. It causes mood swings, hormonal imbalance which is the main cause of depression among teenagers. 

Causes Heart Diseases:- It increases the risk of heart disease: Junk food items are loaded with saturated fats and trans fats that directly increase triglyceride and bad cholesterol (LDL) levels in the blood, contributing to plaque formation and heart disease. Further, causing a sudden spike in blood sugar level increases, junk food damages the linings of the blood vessels causing chronic inflammation. This inflammation causes bad cholesterol to stick to the walls of the arteries, blocking blood flow to the heart. When they’re blocked enough, heart attack occurs. Fats from junk food can accumulate over a period of time in your body to make you obese. The more weight you put on, the higher your risk of suffering from heart attack 

Make You Feel Tired:- Junk Food makes you feel tired if you are consuming it regularly as it don't contains any nutrients. So dont replace with your daily meal as lets you feel fuller. 

It is the cause type 2 diabetes:- Diabetics is very common these days. Fast food is contributing in it. It replaces your healthy diet which is very important for the steady supply of glucose.Since junk food lacks fibre content, its consumption directly results in a spike in sugar levels. Further, junk food consumption leads to obesity, one of the main reasons for insulin resistance and development of diabetes.

Makes You Fatty:- If you want to stay fit and slim then stop eating junk food from today mainly among children.

Peptic Ulcer:- A peptic ulcer, also known as PUD or peptic ulcer disease, is the most common ulcer of an area of the gastrointestinal tract that is usually acidic and thus extremely painful. For almost 100 years, doctors believed that stress, spicy foods, and alcohol caused most ulcers. Fast Foods which may causes Ulcer are Pizzas, Chips, Salted snakes etc.
