Celery :- Celery is one of the most effective vegetables to get shiny white teeth. Chewing raw celery is great for your teeth. It is almost like a massage for them. Celery dislodges the plaque that might have settled on your teeth, leaving them clean. Apart from this, tiny fibres of celery that get stuck in between your teeth act as a natural floss as well. So, time to add this vegetable to your grocery list, we say!

Salt:- You must have heard the add “ Kya Aapke Toothpaste Main Namak Hain” because it is beneficial for teeth in all aspects. It also work as teeth whitener. It would be better if you use sea salt with baking soda for teeth whitening . Baking Soda has also teeth whitening capacity.

Be Fruity:- You can whiten you teeth naturally by adding apples in your daily diet plan. Strawberries and peach also makes your teeth white and bright.

Apple Cider Vinegar:- Do the gargle with apple cider vinegar and enjoy the sparking teeth. Apple Cider Vinegar also removes the stains from your teeth. You can also dip your toothbrush in apple cider vinegar and brush your teeth. Do this practice at least 4 times in week.

Vegetables:- Raw vegetables like carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber helps in teeth whitening. Eat raw vegetables regularly to get effective results.

Orange Peel:-Orange peels are also good for your teeth. Just rub the inside of an orange peel on your teeth to get them sparkling white. You can also dry the orange peels and grind them into a powder to add it to your daily teeth cleaning ritual. Yes, use this powder daily to see effective results.

Brush Regularly:- To keep your teeth bright and white, brush them regularly. It is suggested to do the brushing two times in a day.

Mouthwash:- Use good mouthwash two times in a day.

Avoid “Gutka”, Smoking and alcohol:- Such habits not only causes negative impact on your body but also makes your teeth look pale. A lot of people who smoke suffer from gum issues in the future and so it is best to avoid smoking, drugs and other forms of tobacco as much as possible to get sparkling white teeth.
