Excess insulin might also affect the ovaries by increasing androgen production, which may interfere with the ovaries' ability to ovulate.

Bitter Gourd and Ivy Gourd:- Women with PCOD problem may suffer from diabetics.So they are advised to take Bitter gourd (karela) and ivy gourd (tinda) which helps in controlling glucose. Ideally you are advised to take it two times in a week.
