Breakfast decides how you are going to spend your whole day. So we come up with some of the best breakfast options that will make your day. There are some healthy and tasty breakfast options that will keep energized for whole day. Must add eggs, milk, fruits, Quinoa, Dalia, Sprouts and oats in breakfast menu and see the good result.

Eggs:- Eggs are best option for breakfast. You can eat boiled eggs as well as fry it. You can eat them with toast or chappati. If you are using bread then eat brown bread.

Milk: - Milk promotes your entire health. It is a  source of calcium and vitamin D. It is good for bones
It also promotes blood pressure and heart health. Milk reduces the risk of dying from colorectal cancer. Consumption of Vitamin D also promotes the production of a hormone serotonin which is associated with mood, sleep and appetite. Milk will not only keep you healthy but also help in weight management.

Fruits:-  Add fruits in your breakfast menu. Consumption of fruits in breakfast keeps you healthy as well as refreshing for whole day. An apple keeps a doctor away. So must add apple with other seasonal fruits. Apple is easily available in all seasons.

Quinoa :-  Kick start your day with Quinoa and feel refreshed for whole day. Quinoa is highly nutritious food. It contains protein, dietary fiber, vegans, phosphorus, calcium, iron, magnesium. It is also termed as protein food as its protein content is higher than brown rice, milet and barley. This healthy and light breakfast food can be digested easily. You can cook it as a rice as well as eat as sprout. It takes very less time to germinate Quinoa. 2-4 hours are enough to convert it into sprout. It can also be eaten as salad.

Dalia:-  Dalia is crushed form of Wheat. Must add Dalia in your breakfast menu. Dalia is very easy to cook. You can cook it with milk as well as prepare it in salted form mixing with vegetables.  It is most recommended for those who want to lose weight.

Sprouts:-  Moong Dal and Channa can be used as sprouts. They also keep your weight under control. Their nutritional value is very high as contain protein and many other nutrients. Heart and blood pressure problem caused due to excess intake of sodium. Sprouts do not contain sodium and helps in reducing high blood pressure. They also make your skin beautiful and healthy.

Oats:- Oats must be the part of your breakfast menu. There are multiple benefits of eating oats in your breakfast. It lowers cholesterol level, reduces the risk of high blood pressure, prevents arteries, and lowers weight gain process. It best alternative for gluten free diet. Oats are full of antioxidants and helps in maintaining healthy blood sugar level. You can mix fruits and honey with the milk to make oats tastier.
