What are Healthy Eating Habit to Ensure Good Health?

What are the healthy eating habits that can help you to stay fit and healthy. Read Further to Know More.

Create balance between tasty & healthy:-  Don’t avoid health if you always run behind taste. Learn some healthy recipes which are also good in taste. It will help you to create the balance between taste and health.

Make habit of drinking water: - all your efforts may go waste if you are not drinking enough water. Drink 8 glass of water in a day. It is very important part of healthy eating habits.

Make changes but slowly: - Make changes in your diet but slowly. A foodie cannot make changes in his diet habits so easily. Forcing instant changes in your diet may cause tension. So, don’t get tense and opt healthy eating habits slowly and steadily.

Eat lots of green vegetables & salads: - Healthy food diet contains ample amount of green vegetables & salads. Green vegetables offer many benefits as abundant in vitamins, minerals & fights with diseases. Green vegetables are full of fiber that helps in reducing weight. Green vegetables also treat IBS & Constipation. They also keep your skin glowing & fresh.

Eat Balanced Diet: - What is balanced diet?  Very simple answer of this question, create balance between your breakfast, lunch & dinner. Eat healthy breakfast containing milk or juice, fruits or any light food that can provide energy for entire day. At lunch, eat dal, salad, chappati, curd, curry and rice.  You can have some snacks at evening. Eat light food at dinner. Try to finish your dinner before 9.30 PM. Go for walk in fresh air after dinner.

Avoid Junk food: -Avoid Junk food as it is not good for health. Although, you are allowed to eat junk food but once in week. It contains lots of calories and fat which may cause side effects. 

Take Vitamin & Calcium rich food: -   Intake calcium & vitamin rich food. Milk, Cheese & Yoghurt are rich in calcium. Vitamin D is very important for your health. Vitamin E, D, C are also  important vitamins for your health.
