Best Exercises to reduce belly fat

Do Weight Lifting: - Do weight lifting 6 times in next 2 weeks. It is best exercise to reduce belly fat. You are advised to do weight lifting. In first week, lift 2 Kg and then make it around 3 kg. If you are not comfortable with 3 kg then you can continue with 2 kg. Please read the following advice if you going for weight lifting.
  • If you are new to weight lifting than machines are better than free weight.
  • Keep bend your core and back straight.
  • Lift weight for 30 to 40 minutes. 
  • You are also advised to do push ups, curls, pull ups and tricep. 
  • You can do 9, 10 to exercise 3 times in day.
  • You don’t need to get fainted while doing exercise. So keep your energy level high.  
Do Cardio under instructor advice:-  Cardio is popular exercise to burn stomach fat. In starting do cardio for less time then you may increase your timing. Start from 20 minutes and take it till 45 minutes.

Risk of Cancer:- It is worse side-effect of obesity on the health of women but it is not necessary that overweight causes cancer. According to some theories fat cells enhances the hormonal activities which causes the growth of cancer. 

Cause of Infertility:-Obesity leads the growth of polycystic ovarian cyst which is main cause of infertility. 

Premature Child Birth:- Uterine and cervical membranes are weakened by obesity.  High level of obesity may also create the risk of premature birth. It occurs when mass index reaches at 35.  Premature birth causes long term disabilities as well as death just after and at the time of birth. 

Sleep Related Disorder:- Overweight causes sleep related disorders like always feeling sleepy and obstruction in breathing during sleep.  Gap in breathing during sleep is also termed as sleep apnea. In this condition, breathing process stops for seconds while asleep. The condition is bad for overall health. This condition creates load on heart and prevents flow of oxygen

Common Mental Health Problems of Women

Women are more prone to mental health problems than men because of lower serotonin levels. The level of mood fluctuation is also high. Mental health problems are caused due to various reasons like family pressure, sexual assault, biological reasons, and gender discrimination. Any of these reasons may lead to depression, headache, nervousness and many other mental health problems.  


Causes of Mental Health Disorders among women

Physical reasons:- Women are most easily affected by mental health disorders because of lower serotonin levels. Their body processes the chemical level very slowly. Both biological factors lead to hormonal fluctuation and depression.  

Socio-Cultural Factors:- Sexual assault, domestic violence, family pressure, gender discrimination are some of the socio cultural factors that causes the mental health problems among women.

Sexual Assault:- A woman has to suffer from sexual assault at different phases of life while she is in school, college or work place. Sexual assault can be in different forms like stalking, rape, commenting and unnecessary touching. Such kind of assault is the main cause of depression among women.

Domestic Violence:-Various health issues prevailed among women suffering from domestic violence. It causes both mental health as well as physical health problems if continues for long time. Some male treats their wife very badly. This creates physical as well as mental pressure. In the case of domestic violence, it becomes the responsibility of girl’s family member to support her and give the power to fight against whatever wrong is happening with her.

Girl child is getting same level of respect as boy child.

Ocimum tenuiflorum, also known as Ocimum sanctum, holy basil, or tulsi, is an aromatic plant which is native to the Indian Subcontinent and widespread as a cultivated plant throughout the Southeast Asian tropics. It is an erect, many branched subshrub, 30–60 cm tall with hairy stems and simple opposite green or purple leaves that are strongly scented. Tulsi Leaves have petioles and are ovate, up to 5 cm long, usually slightly toothed. The flowers are purplish in elongate racemes in close whorls.The two main morphotypes cultivated in India and Nepal are green-leaved (Sri or Lakshmi tulsi) and purple-leaved (Krishna tulsi).

Tulsi and Holy Basil is cultivated for religious and medicinal purposes, and for its essential oil. It is widely known across the Indian Subcontinent as a medicinal plant and an herbal tea. There are many uses of Tulsi in Ayurveda, and has an important role within the Vaishnavite tradition of Hinduism, in which devotees perform worship involving holy basil plants or leaves.

Step- 1- Select Time:- Select right time to do mediation. You can choose any convenient when you are not in hurry. Although we advice to do mediation in morning. As this time you can enjoy fresh breathe. If you stay in hurry at the time of meditation then whole will go waste.



Step-2-Select calm place:- Select place where you can get peace of mind. Don't select noisy place. As at such place you cannot concentrate yourself. Concentration is very important for meditation.

Step-3- Sit Comfortably:- Be comfortable when you are going to start meditation. Make sure that you are completely relaxed, and eyes closed throughout the process.That you have to sit in Padmasana (the lotus position)

Step-4-Meditation is good with empty stomach:-Start meditation with empty stomach. But if you are feeling very hungry then don't mediate. Its better to eat first then mediate because hunger can divert your find so that you not able to fulfill the purpose.
